# Directions:
01 - Trim crusts from each bread slice and cut into three even strips.
02 - In a shallow bowl, vigorously whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
03 - Create a shallow slit lengthwise in each bread stick. Insert a strip of pickle, a few mini marshmallows, and several chocolate chips. Gently press to seal.
04 - Lightly dip each stuffed bread stick into the custard mixture, ensuring a thorough but brief coating.
05 - Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Fry bread sticks in batches, turning as necessary, for 2 to 3 minutes per side until all surfaces are golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Transfer hot sticks immediately to a plate with graham cracker crumbs and roll to coat on all sides.
