# Directions:
01 - Distribute the cooked rice in a microwave-safe bowl and arrange flaked salmon evenly on top.
02 - Position two ice cubes on top of the rice and salmon to prepare for gentle steaming.
03 - Loosely cover the bowl with parchment paper or a microwave-safe plate to trap steam.
04 - Microwave bowl on high for 2 to 3 minutes, until ice cubes melt and contents are heated throughout.
05 - Remove bowl from microwave and drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the heated rice and salmon.
06 - Top with avocado slices, cucumber, and pickled ginger for freshness.
07 - Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and scallion on top; add chili flakes or sriracha if desired.
08 - Present immediately while warm for optimal texture and flavor.
